Article 1 - General provisions

  1. By browsing this area, the user accesses Life120, available at the URL: store.life120.itBrowsing and placing a purchase order on the site implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Data Protection Policies adopted by the site, as indicated therein.
  2. The present General Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to purchases made on the site, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. n. 206/05, amended by D.Lgs. n. 21/14 and from D.Lgs. 70/03) by:

Article 2 - Object

  1. The present General Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders for products on Life120, and do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties present on the same site through links, banners or other hypertext links.
  2. Before purchasing products or services from third-party sellers, we recommend carefully checking their terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3 - Conclusion of the contract

  1. To conclude the purchase contract, the user must complete the electronic form and submit it following the instructions provided on the site.
  2. The order form contains:
    • Reference to the General Conditions of Sale
    • Detailed product descriptions with images and prices
    • Payment methods available
    • Information on delivery, shipping costs and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
  3. Before concluding the contract, the user must confirm that he has read and accepted the General Conditions of Sale, including information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
  4. The contract is considered concluded when the seller receives the form completed by the user and verifies its accuracy.
  5. The buyer is required to make the payment immediately after completing the online order by clicking on the button "He confirms".
  6. Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of the order for processing and shipping.

Article 4 - Registered users

  1. By completing the registration process, the user undertakes to provide truthful and correct information.
  2. After registration, the user will receive a Confirm by email within 5 working days. If no confirmation is received, Life120 reserves the right to cancel your registration.
  3. Registration exempts Life120 from any responsibility for any incorrect data provided by the user.
  4. In case of inaccurate data or disputes regarding payments, Life120 reserves the right to suspend service until the problem is resolved.
  5. After registration, Life120 assign to user a username and password, which must be kept in the strictest confidence.
  6. The user undertakes not to disclose his/her access credentials to third parties.

Article 5 - Product availability

  1. Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the buyer places the order. However, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, a product may be no longer available even after order confirmation.
  2. If a product is out of stock after the order has been confirmed, the buyer will be notified by email and will be able to choose between:
    • Changing the order
    • Refund of the amount paid within 15 working days
  3. In case of cancellation of the transaction, Life120 will refund the amount at no additional cost to the buyer.

Article 7 - Payment methods and prices

  1. The prices of the products are those indicated on the site and may change without notice.
  2. The prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
  3. The accepted payment methods are:
    • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Postepay)
    • PayPal
    • Bank transfer
    • Cash on delivery (where available)

Article 8 - Shipments

  1. Life120 ships throughout Italy, excluding the Vatican State and San Marino.
  2. Standard delivery times are:
    • Italy: 2-5 business days
    • EU countries: 3-7 business days
  3. If delivery is not possible, the package will be dropped off at a collection point and the user will be notified by email.
  4. Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense and are clearly indicated at the time of ordering.

Article 9 - Warranty and right of withdrawal

  1. Items purchased on Life120 are covered by legal guarantee for defects of conformity.
  2. The consumer has the right to withdrawal within 14 days upon receipt of the product, without the obligation to provide reasons.
  3. The refund will be made within 15 days upon receipt of the return, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
