Right of Withdrawal and Refund Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must communicate his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) addressed to Life120 to the email address info@life120.it.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Right of Withdrawal for the Purchase of Material Products
The consumer user has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The withdrawal notice must be sent by email to the address info@life120.it, using the withdrawal form available below or any other explicit written statement.
- For multiple orders with separate deliveries, the 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the user is required to return the product without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of communication of the intention to withdraw.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, unless otherwise specified by the supplier.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the user for the purchase, within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.
- The supplier is not required to refund shipping costs if the user has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard method offered.
- The refund may be withheld until the returned product is received or until the user provides proof of having returned the product.
⚠️ Note: In case of damage to the returned product, the refund may be reduced proportionally.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluding in the following cases:
✅ Customized products: goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
✅ Perishable products: foods and beverages that may spoil rapidly due to inadequate storage.
✅ Sealed products opened: For hygiene and safety reasons, it is not possible to return products that have been opened after delivery.
✅ Mixed products: goods which, after delivery, are inseparable from other products.
✅ Services performed at the user's request: urgent repairs or maintenance specifically requested by the user.
✅ Open sealed software and digital content: software, DVDs, CDs or similar products that have been opened after delivery.
✅ Newspapers and magazines: except for subscription contracts.
✅ Contracts concluded through public auctions.
