Flourless and low in carbohydrates, Life croutons are an excellent option for those who want a crunchy snack without having to worry about excess carbohydrates. Unlike conventional croutons, which are often loaded with carbohydrates and lack fibre and protein, Life croutons are an alternative that shines thanks to their balanced nutritional intake. In fact, thanks to the significant reduction in carbohydrates (only 4g per portion), we have been able to considerably increase the amount of fibre (28%) and protein (40%), giving the product greater nutritional completeness and making it ideal not only for people following a low-carb or keto diet, but also for sportspeople looking to optimise their muscle growth. Used as a base for aperitifs, they blend harmoniously with a variety of cheeses, sliced meats and sauces, creating intriguing flavour combinations. What's more, their crunchiness adds a distinctive touch to soups and salads.

- Meal accompaniment: Serve Life croutons with soups or salads to add a crunchy texture to your dishes;
- Aperitif base: prepare a range of cheeses and cold meats and serve the crostini as a base to create fascinating flavour combinations. Combine them with different sauces to vary the flavours;

It's a low-carbohydrate food line designed to boost a metabolism accustomed to a diet rich in sugars and starches.
